We are committed to provide Herbal Products.
All the products of DBABIES are Alcohol Free, No Sulphates Used, Paraben free, Chemical Free and 100% Safe for new born Skin type.
Currently our office is located in Ranchi, Jharkhand while the orders can be shipped from our any of the stores located across India for faster delivery.
We would also offer special offer for our online customer’s if they are purchasing from our store’s located.

No, there is a large number of SKU and product ranges hence our website is limited to few fast moving products, but maybe in future all the product type could be listed in website to.
Currently we are expanding in Company owned module but soon we have a plan to in-cultivate the COFO and FOFO module.

Orders shipped via Ship Rocket can be tracked though our menu in Top right “Order Tracking”.
Once your orders are processed, you will receive a tracking number and details of the courier in your dispatch confirmation email id and registered mobile No.
You can also track your logistic via Whatsapp message received through Shiprocket.
We are giving first priority to customer satisfaction. We want our customers to be completely happy with their shopping. If, however, you would like to return an item ordered online, please make it within 10 days.

All the standard payment mode are available with dbabies at the time of checkout. We are patterned well with Razorpay and phonepe for payment gateway solutions.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Rupay Cards, UPI, Internet Banking and Cash on delivery as per the requirement of customer.
Right now we are not delivering internationally; however, we are spreading our wings across the globe and soon we will start international delivery.
Order is processed in T+1 Day hence if you want to change something you can mail us (contact@dbabies.com) and the same confirmation shall be done to you in the same ordered day, but if the order is processed in any case than we cannot alter anything with the same order number.
Our packing and shipping process is extremely efficient. Once your order has been placed and processed then there is no way to alter shipping details. Please take care to ensure your shipping details are correct. If your parcel is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address given, we may feel it necessary to refund your order rather than reattempting delivery.
There is the option to add a gift message at the checkout, this will be added to the delivery note in the parcel. Delivery notes do not show prices as standard.
